A recent video from EWTN posed the question ‘Is Ireland Still Catholic’?
The video received a huge reaction online, amassing 105k views on YouTube. Although it touched just about all of the important issues, the scandals, young people, lockdown, the decline of priests, it missed one important cause for hope.
That cause for hope is the rise in public prayer since the beginning of the pandemic.
This Good Friday, 105 prayer Vigils took place in public across Ireland North and South.
On top of that, 70 large billboards ans 12 digital scrollers were installed to mark Holy Week.
The campaign was started by Human Life International, who have played the lead role in promoting the hugely successful Men’s Rosary Rallies in recent months.
