Suggestions for the International Criminal Court

The International Criminal Court [ICC] just issued arrest warrants for:

  • The Prime minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu;

  • A former defense minister for Israel, Yoav Gallant;

  • ONE military commander of Hamas Mohammed Deif. One!

The warrant for Deif may be moot if Israel is correct in their claim that he was killed in an air strike in Gaza in July!

FUNCTION of the ICC
According to their web-site, the role of the ICC is:

The International Criminal Court (ICC) investigates and, where warranted, tries individuals charged with the gravest crimes of concern to the international community: genocide, war crimes, crimes against humanity and the crime of aggression. As a court of last resort, it seeks to complement, not replace, national Courts. Governed by an international treaty called the Rome Statute…”

The BBC notes that the judges said there were “reasonable grounds” the three men bore "criminal responsibility" for alleged war crimes and crimes against humanity during the war between Israel and Hamas.

The Ayatollah gave orders to murder, torture and detain Iranian civilians during the 2017, 2019 and 2022 protests and is the Supreme Leader directing the actions of Hezbollah & Hamas.

  • Supreme Leader of North Korea, Kim Jong Un

Kim Jong Un

Kim Jong-un has presided over 10 of the 11 crimes against humanity enumerated in the Rome Statute, the founding treaty of the International Criminal Court (ICC). Among them: murder, extermination, enslavement, torture, and sexual violence.

  • Former President George W. Bush

Not only did Bush embark on an illegal war against Iraq knowing the claim of Weapons of Mass Destruction was false, but he admitted to the ordering of water-boarding [torture] of Iraqi prisoners.

The torture of Iraqi’s by American military personnel was widespread in Abu Ghraib prison.

This list is only scratches the surface and does not include those responsible for 5.5 million killed in the Congo; 400,000 people killed in Yemen; 250,000 people killed in Afghanistan.

CA readers may have their own recommendations for the ICC: if so, please DM me on 𝕏 @kevinhay77 so I can compile a further list of those who are worthy of ICC investigation!
