Israel has responded to the April 13# attack when Iran fired over 300 drones and missiles against Israel.
It is not clear yet as to the size of the response but there are reports of Israel hitting the historic city of Isfahan which is ~ 400 km directly south of Tehran. Isfahan has a population of ~2 million people, with another 3 million in the adjacent area. There are suggestions that Israel also hit targets in Iraq and Syria.

It is reported on 𝕏 / Twitter that Israel has hit 7 cities in Iran. Map below. Two are bases for the Iranian Navy.
Iran has warned that their “finger is on the trigger” if Israel responds to the April 13# attack. They have threatened a nuclear response next time.
