Woke France denies Christianity in the Olympic poster

The Games of the XXXIII Olympiad — a.k.a. the 2024 Summer Olympics in France — will take place 26 July - 11 August 2024, with Paris as the main host city.

Many different posters and logo’s are being used to advertise the Games.

The official poster was designed by artist Ugo Gattoni. It is a collage of all 54 Olympic and Paralympic disciplines incorporating the most important monuments of Paris and portrayed as a sort of theme park.

Clearly a “busy” poster, but sharp eyes noticed that the spire on the Hôtel des Invalides — Les Invalides — is now missing its cross. (Look to the top left of the poster, to the right of the flag bearing a logo.)

Gattoni said: “I’ve drawn the buildings as they came to me.” The organizing committee supports the design. "It is a light-hearted interpretation of a reinvented city.”
