A group of young Catholics successfully defended their church this weekend from a mob set upon it by Lord Mayor Clover Moore.
The Mayor organised an event called ‘Heaps Gay’ and LIED by telling people on posters that it was taking place at the church, even using an image of the church to try to add to the confusion. It was actually taking place at the council owned Piazza in front.
The Mayor’s event also used images of a Eucharist turning into a cocktail drink in order to mock Catholics.
Thankfully, a large group of young Catholics held watch outside the church, singing and praying the Rosary in defence against Clover Moore’s obedient minions.
The next step in the battle is Clover Moore’s reelection campaign in September.
