For regular folk, the World Economic Forum [WEF] is a rather shadowy organization.
Most of us are intrigued by its exclusive membership and remote locations for meetings. That said, it is easy to fear things we simply do not understand. This article attempts to summarize some of the available information.
The more I read, the more I believe we are living through George Orwell’s Animal Farm.
WHAT IS THE WEF?
The WEF is a non-profit, international non-governmental organization / lobbying foundation originated in Geneva, Switzerland. Its stated mission being “committed to improving the state of the world by engaging business, political, academic, and other leaders of society to shape global, regional, and industry agendas.” Nominally, the WEF is funded through donations, hefty membership dues and participation fees, but there are reports of a ‘lack of transparency’ with its funding. It holds an annual meeting in Davos, Switzerland.

MANIFESTO
There have been two official Manifesto’s:
The original Manifesto in 1973 had a couple of hints about what was to come:
“The management has to serve its employees because in a free society leadership must integrate the interests of those who are led.
The management has to serve society. It must assume the role of a trustee of the material universe for future generations. It has to use the immaterial and material resources at its disposal in an optimal way.”
The 2020 WEF manifesto is much clearer: it is patently autocratic, paternalistic and shows that the WEF has a ‘saviour complex.’ (Relevant segments are highlighted below: link above for the full document.)
“Performance must be measured…on how it [a company] achieves its environmental, social and good governance objectives.
A company serves not only its shareholders, but…local communities and society at large.
It acts as a steward of the environmental and material universe for future generations. It consciously protects our biosphere and champions a circular, shared and regenerative economy.
Performance must be measured not only on the return to shareholders, but also on how it achieves its environmental, social and good governance objectives.
A company that has a multinational scope of activities…acts itself as a stakeholder – together with governments and civil society – of our global future.
Corporate global citizenship requires a company to…improve the state of the world.”
Some of the clauses appear to be reasonable (“All Animals are Equal”) till one realizes that the WEF has NO mandate to impose their will and that the outcomes are always in their favour — not ours.
They sell us their agendas: the “Green Agenda”; “Carbon Neutral” or “Net Zero” agenda etc. etc. This will lead to a Great Reset between government & corporations, giving absolute control. They they even say it: “A company that has a multinational scope of activities not only serves all those stakeholders who are directly engaged, but acts itself as a stakeholder – together with governments and civil society – of our global future.”
We should take the WEF at their word and not ignore what is patently visible. (Unlike Animal Farm, where the other animals ignored changes made by the pigs to the seven ‘commandments’.)
FOUNDER:
The WEF was founded in 1971 by Klaus Schwab.
Schwab is still an Honorary Professor at the University of Geneva and he founded the former “European Management Forum” in 1971. It was renamed to the World Economic Forum in 1987.
Schwab’s annual salary is ~$1 million, even though he declares that excessively high management salaries are "no longer socially acceptable." He has authored / co-authored several books. (On the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the Great Reset, Stakeholder Capitalism, etc.)
It is not clear whether Schwab was backed by any person/s or organization/s. Henry Kissinger was an influence for Schwab and spoke at the World Economic Forum. One of his most insightful quotes is almost a blueprint for control:
“Who controls the food supply controls the people;
Who controls the energy can control whole continents;
Who controls money can control the world.”
Some countries are cutting food production in the name of Climate Change (Sri Lanka has gone bankrupt in the process); much of the world is struggling with energy issues and there are moves to remove all cash and have digital currencies (see below.)

BY THE NUMBERS
119 billionaires attended DAVOS 2020 with 53 heads of state.
Only 22% of Davos attendees were women in 2019.
Basic membership costs $62,000. There are higher tiers of membership with fees ranging up to $620,000!
Representatives of a company are charged $28,000 (in addition to the membership fee.)
Invited activists and political leaders may attend for free!
$8.3 million was paid for security in 2017 alone.
Around 725 individual business aircraft had 1,595 flights during the 2014 DAVOS meeting.
The WEF does not pay any federal tax.

CARBON HYPOCRISY
The rest of the world communicated on Zoom and WhatsApp for the past 2-3 years but hundreds of private jets must fly into Davos for the annual WEF conference!
The WEF has purchases carbon offset credits for attendees and surprise, surprise: the EU has exempt private jets from Global Warming taxation!!
WHAT DOES THE WEF PROMOTE?
Much of this section is abbreviated from:
Indoctrination of future political leaders: In 2017, Schwab admitted that the WEF is “penetrating” governments around the world. “We penetrate the cabinets. So yesterday I was at a reception for Prime Minister Trudeau and I know that half of his cabinet, or even more than half of his cabinet, are actually Young Global Leaders of the World Economic Forum.” Schwab stated that Angela Merkel of Germany, Vladimir Putin of Russia, Justin Trudeau of Canada, and Emmanuel Macron of France were “groomed” by the WEF.
Controlling Minds Using Sound Waves: 2018, one of the topics of discussion at the WEF was “Mind Control Using Sound Waves.” A useful tool for any organization wanting world domination!
Pills That Contain Microchips: Albert Bourla, CEO of Pfizer, discussed pills which contain a microchip which “…sends a signal that you took the tablet.” (Governments would love the proof that political dissidents are taking their treatment.)
Lockdowns: The WEF it released a video surrealistically called “Lockdowns are quietly improving cities around the world” because “carbon emissions were down 7% in 2020”.
“Recalibrating” Freedom of Speech: At the 2022 Davos meeting, Australian “eSafety commissioner” Julie Inman Grant stated that we need a “recalibration of free speech”. Grant said: “So I think we’re going to have to think about a recalibration of a whole range of human rights that are playing out online. You know, from freedom of speech to the freedom to be free from online violence.”
Tracking Your Clothes: The WEF announced the advent of clothing laced with“digital passports”which can be tracked at all times.
Smartphones will be in your body by 2030: At the 2022 Davos meeting, Nokia CEO Pekka Lundmark claimed that, by 2030, “smartphones will be implanted directly into the body.” This means that people can be tracked at all times and monitored for ‘improper’ speech or ‘improper’ contacts.
Pushing For a Great Reset: the WEF perceives the pandemic as an “opportunity” to reshape our personal existence and to restructure the entire world according to the principles of “the Great Reset” in a Government:Corporation collaboration. The Great Reset leads to:
“You’ll Own Nothing. And You’ll Be Happy.”: As part of the Great Reset in 2016, Ida Auken, a Member of Parliament in Denmark said: “Welcome to 2030. I own nothing, have no privacy, and life has never been better.” They say you “will rent” everything from the corporations and it will be delivered to your door by drone. In other words, indentured servitude.
We will have Brain Implants by 2027:

What a brilliant idea: Big Corp and the government can know how everyone is reacting. (It is likely they are working on how to modify our brainwaves too.)
Individual Carbon Footprint Tracker: goes hand in hand with a Social Credit Score System. Davos 2022, Alibaba Group president J. Michael Evans discussed the tracker noting it can monitor “where they’re traveling, how they’re traveling, what are they’re eating and what are they consuming on the platform”. Linked with a Social Credit Score and a Digital Currency ‘they’ will be able to control your every purchase, (…from a seat in their private jet.) Note that Alibaba is a Chinese Technology Company.
NOTABLE WEF ATTENDEES
Jane Goodall, (Dame Jane Morris Goodall: expert on chimpanzees) said that the size of the human population is to blame for many of the world’s problems. “We cannot hide away from human population growth because it underlies so many of the other problems.” She suggests a reduction in the human population by more than 90%: Yowzer!
Top World Economic Forum (WEF) adviser Yuval Noah Harari agrees with Goodall recently noting that the world does not “need the vast majority” of the current population due to technological advances.
Someone should ask Bill Gates why he is now the largest private farmland owner in the US. Listen to him pontificate about vaccinations and choice — or rather lack of it — in the video below though he has no medical qualification whatsoever:

CONCLUSION
Many of the people attending the WEF are some of the most fabulously wealthy people in the world. Being rich does not give anyone the right to tell others what to do.
Similarly, vast wealth does not give anyone the right to circumvent democracy (though perhaps it gives them the means?)
The WEF elitist philosophy is epitomized by the pigs in Orwell’s Animal Farm:
“…some animals are more equal than others.”
In my opinion, Christians should not support the goals of the World Economic Forum.
