The Resurrection is the foundation of Christianity.
Coming into Holy Week we are contemplating the Suffering, Crucifixion and Resurrection of Our Lord, Jesus Christ!
As Catholics we believe in the Resurrection and generally do not need ‘proof’ or supportive facts. That said, I came across the fascinating video on Twitter, linked below. It comes from a Christian site called “Reasonable Faith” (@RFUpdates). It explains some historical facts known about the Resurrection. It is about 6 minutes long and thought provoking. There is an extra ‘explanation’ video also.
