The Irish Synodal process has become quiet in recent months, after a barrage of criticism following the publication of its Synodal Synthesis Report.
Parishioners up and down the country complained that their time had been completely wasted in taking part in the process, with the final document attacking young priests, with language almost identical to that below.
Originally one of many events alongside the Synod, an ‘Ecumenical Prayer Service’ was organised last year at Saint Teresa’s Donore Avenue on Dublin’s affluent Southside.
The event was originally described as one that brought Protestants and Catholics together, with the Vatican flag out front removed in order to install a Pride Flag. The Pride Flag was invented by Gil Baker, who was a member of an anti Catholic Hate Group known as the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence.
It is interesting that an ‘Ecumenical Prayer Service’ is taking place at a Catholic, rather than Protestant, church for the second year running.
It was also interesting that last year’s event descended into political posturing, with those in attendance (some of whom who were members of Irish political parties) surrounding the altar and blocking the tabernacle from view.
The Irish Society for Christian Civilisation have said that they will say the Rosary of reparation.
They have said:
Answering an Objection - Jesus would never turn people away.
This is true. Our Lord never turns away a humble and contrite heart. He also said that if you love Him, practice His Commandments.
The most "welcoming" thing a Catholic can do for these people is to show them the truth on the Church's teaching on sexual morality. This would be the truly Christian way. The LGBT Prayer service is simply promoting the acceptance of homosexuality in the Church.
Something needs to be done to make reparation towards God for this offense. Therefore, on Thursday the 22nd at from 7:00pm to 8:00pm, Ireland Needs Fatima will hold a Rosary of Reparation in front of St. Teresa's
At the rally, we will pray three Rosaries, as well as other prayers. This is a peaceful gathering where we are simply making reparation and showing our opposition to this sinful event.
Please show your love for our dear Mother and her Son by coming to this Rally. Demonstrate that there are still people in Ireland who love God and His Holy Law.
I know that this will involve a small sacrifice on your part especially since its such short notice. But I cannot stress enough the importance of making public reparation to God for this awful offense against Him, our loving Father.
Public prayer, says St. Louis de Montfort, "is far more powerful than private prayer to appease the anger of God and call down His Mercy. Holy Mother Church, guided by the Holy Spirit, has always advocated public prayer in times of public tragedy and suffering.”
So please, if you are able, please attend the Rosary of Reparation
