Archbishop Emeritus Gyula Márfi of Veszprém has given a sensational new interview with Magya Jelen, in which he strongly criticises many aspects of modern European society.
His native Hungary has come under relentless attacks from the European Union and from the forces of Globalism in recent years, with Ireland’s Fine Gael and Fianna Fail parties instrumental in trying to undermine Hungary’s commitment to family and religious values.
Fine Gael even sent one of their politicians to ‘Budapest Pride’ recently in order to intimidate the local populace.
In the interview, the Archbishop stated that individual European nations were losing their identities to Globalism, stating:
It is very sad what is happening in Germany. I don't want to hurt them, but somehow they always fall from one side of the horse to the other. They went from Hitler and National Socialism to cosmopolitan globalism. There are no more Germans, French, Hungarians, Italians, only Europeans.
He then stated that Europe was being made into a place with ‘obedient workers and consumers’ who had no ethnic or religious loyalties.
I am primarily a Catholic, but I also stick to my Hungarianness without being chauvinistic.
I am Hungarian, but I also respect other peoples. In Europe, we need diversity alongside unity, but we do not need multiculturalism!
They talk about the need to mix different species in accordance with the Kalergi plan. But I ask myself, what comes out of this? At most, a mass of any color.
My painter friend Győző Somogyi – now I am hitting on my belly – has twenty-five paints of different colors and shades of color. If you mix them all, you will not be able to paint a color picture.
In a multicultural, mixed society, the individual loses his own identity, sense of identity, culture, faith, language, practically everything. It becomes easy to manipulate, which is just ideal for the big capitalists of the world who want to turn the entire Earth into a huge colt, where there are no ethnic, national and religious identities, only obedient workers and consumers manufactured by standard.
He also spoke of the need to protect Europe’s roots by protecting Hungary:
We must hold fast to our faith. Father Pio has a prophecy that Hungary a cage from which a beautiful bird will fly out, which will bless the whole world.
I do not rule out the possibility that this will happen.
Not because we Hungarians would be superior to everyone, but because God often chooses the little ones to do something big through them.
Look, the visionary of Guadeloupe, Juan Diego Cuauhtlatoatzin, was also a simple Native American peasant man. He was baptized with his wife just four years before he had a vision. At first, the bishop did not believe him either, saying that Our Lady would definitely not appear to such an unfortunate shepherd, but at least to a nun.
And in Fatima and Lourdes, small children had visions of the Virgin Mary, so it cannot be ruled out that we Hungarians will also have some role to play in preserving Christianity in Europe. But for this we must take faith seriously, because it is possible to become unworthy of any mission.
The archbishop also spoke about Muslim immigration into Europe:
At the time, I The Christmas tree was already removed from the Brussels town hall 8-10 years ago, on the grounds that they did not want to offend the sensibilities of Muslims.
However, this is a lie: a Christmas tree is erected in Istanbul and in other parts of the Islamic world. Jesus as a prophet is also revered by Muslims, and according to Islam, it is not a sin for a person to celebrate his birthday.
One of the most striking signs of the European Union's anti-Christianity is the lack of commemoration of Europe's Christian roots in its constitution. They write about Greco-Roman traditions and the Enlightenment, but not about Christianity. Yet antique culture and art survived precisely thanks to Christians: the writings of Virgil, Tacitus, Homer and the others were copied by monks in the depths of their cells.
Without Christianity, we would not be able to read a huge number of ancient authors today.
But we can also talk about the fact that in 2016 the European Commission published a calendar in which the holidays of the world's major religions were written – even the Sikh religion, which is a relatively small community, a mixture religion between Hinduism and Islam. However, if you turn the page to December 25, what do you find? Practically nothing. All that is written there is, "A good friend shares your joys and occupations." What exactly this means, I do not know, but I do know that Christmas was deliberately omitted from the illustrious days.
Let me give you two more examples. A few years ago, in England – which is no longer an EU but is undoubtedly part of Christian European culture – the Anglican Church wanted to sell a few-minute short film promoting Christianity to national TV channels. None of it was received.
And Pope Benedict XVI was not allowed to lecture at the State University of Rome at the time, saying it was not an ecclesiastical institution, but a secular one.
And then what? I ask. If we thought the same way, no one would come into St. Peter's Basilica except those who can prove that they are baptized and also surrogate.
He continued:
The same is true for Muslims. We love them and support their countries to the best of our ability.
However, this does not mean that we should invite them into Europe and allow them to Islamise the continent.
Conscious. The goal of the Freemasons was to "free" Europe from Christianity. They are willing to use all means to achieve this, using their lobbying power to infiltrate the leaders of the Union.
In my opinion, Muslims are also being called in to remove Christ and Christianity from Europe. In doing so, however, they are ultimately destroying themselves, because Islam will never accept their liberal principles.
It is practically the same situation as it was in the age of the Savior, when the scribes and Pharisees collaborated with their deadly enemy, Pontius Pilate, to get Jesus out of the way.
Today, Freemasons and Muslims are joining forces to make Christianity disappear from Europe.
But this isn't a run-off game yet, I'm hoping their plan won't be successful.
