'Watch Mass Online!' Fianna Fail Politician Tells Catholics

Anne Rabbitte personifies Micheal Martin’s Fianna Fail.

Claiming to oppose the introduction of abortion in 2018, Rabbitte chastised the No campaign a week before for not allowing abortion for rape, incest and in eugenic cases. She then eventually voted for abortion in the Dail later that year. When that happened, she stated: ‘I will be supporting legislation wholeheartedly and I always said that’.

In classic Fianna Fail standard, her performance tonight in the Dail was condescending, insulting and belittling towards Catholics.

After being told by Deputy Carol Nolan that it is ‘fundamentally wrong’ to deny people attendance at Mass. Nolan also brought up the example of Scotland where it was found that the government never had the authority to shut down Mass in legal terms.

Ms. Rabbitte’s response was simply risible.

Firstly, she angrily stated ‘This is not the first time I’ve answered this question’.

She then said that ‘The government remains united in its resolve to stop the spreading of this virus to the greatest extent possible’. This is a blatant insult to our intelligence, as we know that her government has flown in high volumes of migrants workers carrying various strains, allowing sporting events such as the pointless Ireland vs Luxembourg game and allowing donut shops and abortion clinics to continue as normal.

She then said ‘It will be necessary to celebrate Easter online or at home this year…The basic health guidelines remain vital’. There have been NO cases linked to churches. None. Ms. Rabbitte is dismissing Catholics.

The camera showed the politicians who had objected then shaking their heads at the politician as she condescendingly read the statements on behalf of self avowed feminist and prolifer turned pro abort Stephen Donnelly.

But she was not finished. It took some nerve for her to speak her next lines with regards to churches, where not a single outbreak had happened.

‘The virus spreads most easily indoors where a group of people are gathered’.

Ms. Rabbitte spoke these words, without a hint of irony, with no mask on her face.

She said ‘places of worship aren’t opened, they’re opened for private prayer’. Reiterating the limits on funeral attendance, it no doubt didn’t strike her as ironic that many times more than the 10 currently allowed at funerals will be allowed to take part in the pointless Ireland-Luxembourg game this weekend, in fact more people were in the same room as the maskless Rabbitte as she spoke.

Carol Nolan stood up and asked ‘Where is this country going? It’s about the Sacraments, not going in on your own and praying’.

Ms. Rabbitte and Stephen Donnelly have repeatedly ignored footage of Muslims praying in Mosques in big numbers.

Carol Nolan pointed out that churches are bigger than the hall that all the politicians had met in that day.

Condescendingly, Rabbitte finished by saying ‘What’s happened is we’ve decided to put public health first, that is the most Christian thing we could have done’. A politician who voted for abortion telling people that they had decided to do the Christian thing, repulsive.

Christ tells us

Do not fear those who kill the body but are unable to kill the soul; but rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell

Meanwhile, Mass resumes as normal in Northern Ireland from tomorrow.
