Devastated by recent tax losses as a result of their abject failures to catechise or to provide adequate leadership, many schismatic German priests decided to try to expand their donation base today by blessing same sex couples.
The money hungry divas proverbially spat in the face of Pope Francis as they organised the blessings in a public mockery of his authority, choosing to invite journalists so as to maximise the humiliation of the pope.
In March, a document approved by Pope Francis stated that:
At the same time, the Church recalls that God Himself never ceases to bless each of His pilgrim children in this world, because for Him “we are more important to God than all of the sins that we can commit”[12]. But he does not and cannot bless sin: he blesses sinful man, so that he may recognize that he is part of his plan of love and allow himself to be changed by him. He in fact “takes us as we are, but never leaves us as we are”
This inspired a slew of bile filled ripostes, from the Association of Catholics Priests in Ireland from Fr. James Martin SJ in the United States amongst others.
Wall Street Journal coverage of the schismatic act today was laden with frightening dog whistles which mentioned that 93% of Germans supported homosexuality while only 6% of Nigerians did. This echoed the sentiments of the infamous German Cardinal Walter Kasper, who implied that Africans were impeding the moves for German bishops to expand their base. He stated at the time:
Africa is totally different from the West. Also Asian and Muslim countries, they’re very different, especially about gays. You can’t speak about this with Africans and people of Muslim countries. It’s not possible. It’s a taboo. For us, we say we ought not to discriminate, we don’t want to discriminate in certain respects.
Catholicism is growing at a rapid pace in Nigeria, not just due to birth rates, but to the traditional theology that is taught in the seminaries there. Meanwhile in Germany, a recent survey said that ONE in THREE Catholics are considering leaving the Catholic Church there. This has been motivated in part by the proto Protestant and eccentric Modernist antics of the German church, but also by the tax which Catholics must pay to the church.
Interestingly enough, Pillar Catholic published a piece this weekend which stated that the Reichskonkordat signed with Nazi Germany. The kirchensteuer, the church tax, accounts for as much as 70% of church income in Germany. If the German Church were to enter into formal heresy, as it now appears to want to do, then an excommunication would mean that they are no longer entitled to these monies.
Germany is a society with low birth rates and high inward immigration, which is on the precipice of becoming heavily influenced by the politics of the Nationalist Alternative fur Deutschland.
Interestingly enough, a recent survey in Germany found that those under the age of 30 believe in God more than any other age group. They believed in God at a rate of 64% compared to 48% in the general population.
There are very dark days ahead for the German Church under the schismatic money grabbers, but times can change very quickly, for the better. Only 16 years ago, these were the scenes in Cologne as Pope Benedict XVI arrived for World Youth Day in Cologne.
