World Down Syndrome Day is an important day for advocacy against eugenicist abortion that seeks to remove babies with Down Syndrome from our society.
For pro aborts in Australia however, the day marked an opportunity to mock the millions of unborn babies who die from abortion each year.
Organised by USyd Women’s Collective, the deeply confused protesters who showed up at St. Mary’s Cathedral in Sydney chanted ‘fck the church, fck the state, we will decide our fate’, which appears to be ignorant of the fact that nothing could be more cooperative with the state than promoting abortion and low birth rates.
Most disgustingly, one thug led the chants of ‘We will win, put the fetus in the bin’.
There is little that we can add to this demonic act, except for our prayers.
We reached out to Sydney University for a comment on the matter, they stated the following:
From the publicly available information, we understand this rally was jointly organised by the Women’s Collective of the University of Sydney, UTS and Macquarie University (see https://www.facebook.com/events/915240115958842/).
It’s important to note, the University of Sydney Women’s Collective is student-led and associated with the Student Representative Council, independent of the University of Sydney.
While we do not condone the messages recorded in the video and don’t necessarily agree with all views expressed by our community, we do strongly defend freedom of speech and support the right of our students and staff to express their opinions in a legal, safe and respectful way. Students must also abide by our Student Charter 2020, and we expect our community to treat others with respect and to avoid any bullying or harassment behaviour.
We’ll now consider this matter to determine if any action is appropriate under the Charter and our complaints process.
