Irish Catholic Men Gather in Hundreds to Pray Rosary at Knock

One of the biggest successes stories in the Irish church in recent years has been the spread of the Men’s Rosary.

An idea initially popularised in Poland, it has been taken up by the Irish in significant numbers, with large crowds attending across the country, North and South, every first Saturday.

This month, as we celebrate the month of the Rosary, large crowds met at the Marian Shrine at Knock to pray the Rosary.

Hundreds of Irish men prayed in what is now becoming a beautiful and regular part of our church.

Deo Gratias.
