Artwork in Irish College in Rome Painted by Accused Priest

Slovakian Jesuit Marko Rupnik hit headlines this week once more after the Vatican inextricably used his ‘artwork’ in two separate and prominent circumstances.

In the first instance, Pope Francis incredibly presented and praised a piece of ‘art’ by Rupnik in a message to a Marian Shrine.

On the same date, the Vatican News website bizarrely showed an image of one of his ‘artworks’ in an article, get this, on the sanctification of priests.

If you are not aware of the sleazy allegations against Rupnik, they involve coercive sexual harassment towards nuns. He has already been convicted in a canonical trial for hearing the Confession of a nun that he had sexual relations with.

Some of the other allegations in the public domain are disgusting beyond belief, with Satanic undertones.

In Lourdes, the bishop has said that they will consider removing Rupnik’s ultra Modernist ‘art’, out of respect for his alleged victims.

Perhaps others should do the same.

His artwork in the Irish College in Rome is located behind the altar where Mass is said.

How can any normal Catholic stomach this?
