Sinn Fein TD Eoin O’Broin, who regularly offers childlike solutions for the country’s housing crisis, has flat out refused to say what a woman is in a bizarre online video.

In a video uploaded to Twitter, the politician stares blankly when asked ‘What is a woman?’ before trying to reframe the question.

He is directly asked if a woman has a cervix, he is directly asked if it is an adult human female, yet in both cases he meanders on a deranged rant.
