Christians and Muslims to Protest After Jewish Comedian's 'Joke'

Anti Catholicism has become more acceptable in Australia in recent years, with the tipping point culminating in the show trial and imprisonment of Cardinal George Pell.

Verbal abuse towards people of faith is also becoming more commonplace.

In a segment on Channel Ten’s The Project, Jewish comedian Reuben Kaye launched a vulgar attack on the faith.

Only weeks ago, Kaye mocked the death of Cardinal George Pell.

Both Christians and Muslims have been outraged by the unfunny and offensive comment.

Both are set to hold a protest on March 18th at 10am in Hyde Park.
