March for Life Takes Place in Rome

Although lockdown restrictions meant that they could not gather in the usual numbers, thousands attended the annual Rome March for Life today.

Amongst those present were Cardinal Raymond Leo Burke and representatives from Europe’s prolife countries Poland and Hungary.

Edward Habsburg was there in his capacity as Hungarian Ambassador to the Holy See, while his compatriot Janusz Andrzej Kotański spoke alongside him.

Hopefully by next year, the lockdown crisis will have passed.

Italy currently has one of the lowest birth rates in Europe and badly needs to reclaim a culture of life.
