Cathedral Funeral Organisers Cite Fiducia Supplicans in Defence

In the past day, there has been two dramatic updates to the Saint Patrick’s Cathedral controversy.

An interview with Cardinal Dolan had appeared to put the issue to rest.

Today, the organisers replied, citing Canon Law and Pope Francis as their defence and also claiming that the cathedral were made aware of the identity a previous night, despite also saying that they had personally withheld the identity.
