French Police Arrest ISIS Terrorist Who Plotted Church Attacks

They haven’t gone away you know.

While Europe might not be at the terror threat level that it was enduring in 2015/16, threats still linger below the surface.

With the Olympic Games due to take place in the next few months, security warnings in France have been raised.

Paris police this week charged a man who had been arrested after being suspected of plotting to blow up a number of Catholic churches within the city.

The man is believed to identify as a member of ISIS and has been charged with membership of them alongside with conspiracy to attack the religious sites.

Only a few months ago, an Iranian who claimed allegiance to ISIS murdered a man at the Eiffel Tower in an Islamic Terror attack.
