For 3 years now, the dwindling Fianna Fail party have continued to alienate their former core base by becoming more and more explicitly anti Irish and pro abortion under the leadership of deeply unpopular Taoiseach Micheal Martin.
Those who once got elected on a prolife platform such as Jack Chambers and James Lawless no longer waste their time trying to pursue that cause, yet they do not need to, both are courted by prolife canvassers, priests and even bishops, despite their political hostility to those who support them.
With that in mind, Fianna Fail have chosen pro abortion campaigner Deirdre Conroy as their candidate for Dublin Bay South.
Conroy was a notable figure in the 2018 campaign to remove the rights of unborn babies to live, frequently mentioning fatal fetal abnormality, while never addressing that 99.9% of abortions were elective, that is, someone just wanted to abort their baby.
Most recently, she has stated that she wants to ban prolife people from praying near facilities where babies are being aborted.
She also demanded that prolife people praying outside Holles Street Maternity Hospital be denied their right to free assembly, when she tweeted for someone to ‘remove’ them from praying in public.
Conroy has bizarrely made repeated suggestions in the past that prolife people do not care for those who suffer once they are born, yet the opposite is the case.
Not only is the opposite the case, but she has decided to run as a candidate for a party that is forcing homeless children to eat pasta off of public streets, while the church does its best to feed thousands of kids in a more dignified environment each day.
Conroy is a long time critic of the church, buying into conspiracy theories that the church held Ireland back for decades by educating people when no one else would, by taking care of those in need and by offering support for families.
Despite the immense wealth that her party had in their grasp, they sold Ireland out to bankers and then doubled the pain by creating a homeless crisis after assuming power in 2016 alongside Fine Gael.
Catholics in Dublin Bay South must break the cycle and STOP voting for Fianna Fail. They do not like you, they do not want to represent anything about you and they want to make your life as a Catholic as difficult as possible.
